Processing & Production Process

Because every Cat Toilet Paper Holder is crafted specifically for you, each piece undergoes a dedicated quality-check process before it is shipped to your door.

  • Processing & Design Review (3–5 business days): We verify your order details and prepare your item for shipment.

  • Final Quality Inspection (1–2 business days): A rigorous review is conducted to ensure your piece is perfect before it leaves our studio.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an automated email with your tracking number once your package has been dispatched.

Note: It is normal for tracking numbers to show "Label Created" or "In Transit to Sorting Center" for several days while the package clears processing. This does not mean your order is lost.

Shipping Timelines & Rates

  • Standard US Shipping: 7–15 business days from the date of shipment.

  • International Shipping: 12–22 business days (varies by local customs).

  • Free Worldwide Shipping: All orders ship for free, anywhere in the world.

Delays & High Demand

Nora Makes is a growing studio, and every piece is crafted with precision. During periods of unusually high demand or global shipping congestion, timelines may stretch slightly. If a delay occurs, we will always reach out to keep you updated. πŸ’›

Arrived Damaged? (24-Hour Guarantee)

We take extreme care packing every order, but if something goes wrong in transit, we will replace it for free.

  • Contact Us: Email us at hello@noramakes.store within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Send Photos: Include clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in.

  • Fast Replacement: Once verified, we will ship a replacement out to you immediately at no extra cost.

  • Note: No return is required β€” simply dispose of the damaged item safely and we'll get a new one on its way to you. πŸ’Œ

Shipping Accuracy

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for non-delivery caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you've entered the wrong address, please contact us at hello@noramakes.store within 12 hours of placing your order so we can try to correct it before your item is dispatched.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors and any safe-drop locations around your property.

  2. Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number.

  3. If the package still cannot be located, email us at hello@noramakes.store and we will open a carrier investigation on your behalf.

Please note: We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Filing a chargeback for a delivered order is considered fraudulent and will be disputed with full carrier documentation.

Customs & Import Duties (International)

For most orders shipping within the USA, applicable taxes are included at checkout. For international orders, the recipient is considered the "Importer of Record" and must comply with all local regulations and pay any customs fees, import duties, or handling charges imposed by their local authorities. These charges are outside our control and are not covered by Nora Makes.
